By accessing and using Finovu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Finovu is a financial management platform that provides market analysis, portfolio tracking, financial news aggregation, and AI-powered insights. The Service is designed to help users make informed financial decisions through data analysis and market intelligence.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

Subscription and Billing

Plans and renewal

Finovu may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or a web payment provider. The plan, billing interval, price, currency, and any introductory terms shown by the applicable provider before confirmation govern that purchase.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel them through the provider that bills you before its renewal deadline.
• Deleting a Finovu account does not cancel a subscription held by Apple, Google, or another payment provider.
• Restoring a purchase requires current evidence verified by the original provider. Finovu does not grant access from a screenshot, receipt description, or client-only claim.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and cancellation timing are handled under the billing provider's rules and any rights that applicable law gives you.
• Prices may change only with the notice and consent required by the applicable provider and law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Existing access

A previously issued non-renewing or promotional entitlement may remain governed by the terms shown on that account. It is not converted into a new auto-renewing purchase without your confirmation.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Finovu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners
• User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us license to use it

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finovu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account through the authenticated mobile flow or the alternative verified-request process described on our account-deletion page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finovu operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
