Close your Finovu account.
Finovu provides the same authenticated deletion flow on the web and in the mobile app. If you cannot sign in, you can still submit a verified request from the email address attached to your account.

Use the verified deletion flow
- 1. Sign in to Finovu on the web or in the mobile app.
- 2. Open Profile, then Security & access.
- 3. Choose Delete account and complete reauthentication.
- 4. Review any active subscription before confirming deletion.
02 · NO APP ACCESS
Send a verified request
Email us from the address registered to the Finovu account. Use the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

Access closes first. Erasure is reported honestly.
Finovu revokes authentication and removes private database records as one authenticated operation. If private object-storage cleanup is still running, its state remains pending rather than being described as complete. Because access closes immediately, contact support from the account email if you need the cleanup status after submitting.
Data scheduled for erasure
- Your profile, contact details, preferences, and authentication credentials
- Portfolios, holdings, transactions, snapshots, alerts, and followed assets
- Novu conversations, messages, annotations, and private research context
- Trackdowns, evidence entries, attachments, and notification destinations
Limited retention
What may remain
- Provider transaction identifiers and limited subscription evidence needed for reconciliation
- Tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security audit records where retention is legally required
- A restricted deletion audit record needed to prove the request and cleanup outcome
These records are kept only for the applicable statutory, chargeback, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security period, then deleted or anonymized. The exact period depends on the record and jurisdiction.
Subscriptions continue separately
Deleting Finovu does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider. Review and cancel the subscription with that provider before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
